MacroBank - really powerful and flexible platform that enables you to automate the various activities. Very often we are approached by customers who closely acquainted with the possibilities of the platform, understand that their business can be automated through our system. When we created the current version of this site, the problem of  of CRM-system for interaction with the new (potential) and existing customers arose. After reviewing several options, we concluded that either the proposed system is too complicated and tuning and its integration would take too long, or its functionality is clearly not suitable for our purposes. That's why the idea  to  integrate MacroBank  into our site and use it as an internal CRM-system came into life!

Of course, we do not pretend to compete with the leading developers of CRM-systems, but at the same time, our system will completely meet our modest needs. And if you take into account that its setup / run took just over 3 days, it seems that this decision deserves attention.

Below is a brief description of what Macrobank based CRM-system can do

 

  • Connected to the system are several forms of queries (Applications): «Feedback", "Customer Registration", "Register Demo Account";
  • Information from these forms is automatically stored in a database system;
  • Client (site visitors fill out the form) will be sent the appropriate notification to the e-mail and internal mail;
  • Under each of these forms in the system is configured to workflow, allowing us to handle and sort the requests by automatically creating a system of cards registered customers and / or demo account, to send notices to clients and staff to track the current status of the client, to transfer it from one status in another etc.;
  • The system allows the internal mail exchange with the client information in a safe (secure) mode;
  • Subsystem "Advertising companies and mailing" allows you to automate this process for potential and existing clients;
  • To communicate with existing customers in maintenance mode is also used by subsystem internal mail, all requests from clients registered in the system, staff are automatically sent to the appropriate notice;
  • Module "Invoices" allows you to automate the process of billing customers and track their status. To create invoices for payment details using our companies in the custom module "Nostro accounts";
