We provide consulting services which are focused on the study of client`s business processes, their formalization and the forming the requirements for the software implementation.
Such studies are usually conducted by our specialists during the pre-project stage.
In case some areas of client`s activity were not sufficiently studied and formalized in the pre-project stage, studies may be carried out already in the implementation (realization) of the project, if it is required to clarify the selected areas of the client`s company,
The result of this kind of study is the specification (technical requirements) for additional programming and configuration of the software. Indirect benefit of this service is a generation of recommendations to improve the company business processes (re-engineering) after the implementation of appropriate software modules of the system.

Assistance in obtaining own payment cards program.

Canopus through its network of partners can help our customers to include in the list of their services a new item - issue and maintenance of payment cards of international payment systems VISA and Master Card (Debit Card Programs, Prepaid Card Programs).
We provide integration of our system with the processing company through a special program interface (API), which allows the exchange of data in real time mode for all card transactions. In this case, our client`s customers operate in a single interface of internet banking and are able to top upcards, check balances and transactions in an online mode.
