New version of Macrobank

Dear customers!
We appreciate you loyalty and thank you for using our products.

We try not to stand still and keep pace with the times and happy to announce that our specialists have completed another stage of development of Macrobank, and prepared a release of a new version - Macrobank 5 +
New version means new opportunities and improvements of the program, and thus new opportunities for your business and the effectiveness of your work.
Innovations introduced in the new version Macrobank 5+ — this is our response to the rapidly changing demands of the financial market and the wishes of our customers.
Here is a short list of innovations and improvements:
1. The capacity of storage data in Multilanguage mode through the introduction of UNICODE support
Foremost, this feature may be of interest to those customers of Macrobank, who provide their services to clients in various regions of the world.
2. User interface was seriously redesigned, using a number of new front-end components, changing the structure of the main menu. Design of the main menu of a system has become more modern and ergonomic, thereby significantly reducing the time for data entry and processing.
3. The executable module was divided into two separate workbenches: Administrator and Manager / Operator.
Workbenches of Operator and Manager have the start pages that contains the aggregated data set, allowing the user to quickly navigate the system in the current situation and take prompt appropriate action (for example, the decision to buy foreign currency, confirming the Nostro accounts, etc.). Most of these operations are available directly from the homepage of the module.
4. Module “Nostro correspondent accounts” was seriously reworked.
Interface of a module became more visible, convenient and secure from possible operator`s error, we added the concept of a "payment system" .Also a setting of the identification codes in dependance on the country of registration.
5. We greatly improved module «clients control center» by introducing new page of statistics on the client, improving customers search in the database, optimizing user interface.
6. A new module "Purchase / sale of currency through external providers” was developed.
In the new version this module is separated from the module of client requests for conversion, which provides an optimal configuration of business processes and, consequently, the comfortable usage of the modules "Client application for conversion" and "buy / sell foreign currency through an external provider;
7. Several new reports, such as "Income / expenses, income / expenditure in the context of the customer", etc. were added. This allows our customers to control their financial results of real-time efficiently.
8. Introduced an option of creating PDF-files from the report generator and the integration of these files into the system workflow. This allows, for example, to form a variety of documents for the client in PDF-format and send them to him through the internal mail or e-mail directly from the system;
9. Introduced an option of logging uploading statements from correspondent banks. This feature is designed to tighten control over the processing of bank statements and improve safety on the part of potential insiders;
10. Introduced an option to add your data to the standard documents of the system. Now the user of the system, using the module "applications" can add any proprietary data to the standard document;

11. Introduced a mechanism of appointment rights to the classifiers. This ensures the access rights differentiation when working with different groups of clients, particularly when working with a client`s mail.

Further development of our software will occur in the direction specified by the version Macrobank 5 +.
All clients of a previous version will be provided a full support and obligations under the contract for support will be met in full.
While developing the new versions of Macrobank Canopus developers team gives high priority to the wishes of its customers, each of which may participate in the discussion of the program.
For the present moment we formed a priority list of innovations and inventions that will be available in the forthcoming version:
• Developing of Module “debtor / creditor”,
• Developing of Module "Forming payment calendar"
• Upgrading module of exchanging messaging with correspondent banks;
• Writing gateways with systems of remittances like Anelik and Contact, and payment system OSMP
• Improving the security system, including support for authentication using DIGIPASS
